I designed the opening title sequence for Richard Linklater’s School of Rock, a single long steady-cam take that set the tone for the film’s energy and humor. Inspired by Austin’s early-2000s club scene and gig posters, I shaped the visual language that carried into the story. I also contributed design for sets, props, wardrobe, and a 1970s boogie van—and got to hang out with Jack Black, which was by far the best part.
